Can I print cards?

Yes! Print unlimited basic greeting or note cards with any plan--or with our free 30-day trial.

Can I print on any envelope size?

You can print any size envelope your printer can accommodate. Not sure if your printer will accommodate an envelope size? No problem! Test any envelope size with our free trial.

Will addresses automatically re-size to fit my envelope?

Yes! Our patent-pending process does all the work of resizing addresses for you!

Will the USPS be able to read my beautiful envelopes?

To find out, we did a test. We picked 25 representative envelope designs we thought would be the most challenging for the postal service to process, and we mailed them to ourselves.
The result? Every envelope arrived safely within one day! While we can't make any guarantees, we thought the USPS did a pretty good job.

What is the easiest way to add addresses?

It's completely up to you! Have contacts on your phone? Import them using our patent-pending process. Have Google, Apple, or Outlook contacts? Import them too! Have an address list on your device? Upload if it's in a spreadsheet, or re-enter the addresses into your address book—whatever you prefer. They all work great!

Is my information safe?

Privacy and security are extremely important to us. We encrypt your data to ensure that your addresses stay safe. We also do not use tracking cookies. In turn, you can help us protect your addresses by choosing a secure password and never sharing it with anyone else.

What does it mean to have 1 envelope design and 25 addresses in a plan?

It means you can choose 1 envelope design and preview and print 25 of the addresses in your address book. Want to see how it works in practice? Our free 30-day trial gives you 25 addresses and 1 envelope design to use!

Do return addresses count against my plan?

Return addresses are on us! Print on the flap or on the front with any plan!

What happens when my plan expires?

Between us--don't let it expire! Renew with any size plan before expiration to add all your unused addresses & envelope designs from the previous year to your new plan! Yes, it's really true!
If your plan expires, unused addresses and designs may be lost, but your address book and projects will stay intact for at least 30 days after expiration, so you can access them by purchasing a plan of any size.

Can I renew with the same plan I already have?

Of course! Renew with the same plan level before expiration, and we'll add all your unused addresses & envelope designs to your existing plan!

What if I want to upgrade?

Great question! Just purchase the plan you want to upgrade to, and keep all unused addresses and designs from the original plan you purchased!

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

We like happy surprises, not surprise charges, so our plans cancel automatically when they expire after 1 year. Don't worry—we'll give you plenty of notice before that happens so that you don't lose your remaining addresses and designs!

What is your refund policy?

Our extensive 30-day free trial (no credit card required) gives you the opportunity to test-drive the program before you purchase a plan, so you can make the best decision for you. That way, there's no need for refunds, so we don't provide them.

What happens when I run out of envelope designs but still have addresses remaining?

Never fear! You can continue to re-use envelope designs you've chosen for previously completed projects. Go to My envelope designs to see your previously used designs, or upgrade to get new designs!

How do re-prints work?

When you preview a project and are ready to print, you will finalize that project. You can re-print the project as many times as you like while you have an active plan. The project design and addresses are not editable once the project is finalized. Start our 30-day free trial to see how it works!
